We had a terrific "public rehearsal" on Friday night 6/15, at the Lawn Party that opened SNCA’s SummerFest. We performed the opening song, the first Rivers scene, the song "Come and Sit by the River", the Foot monologue, and then sang "Hold Fast to the Laughter."

I’ve done little blogging this week, because it’s been a week of visiting artists and public performances. Nick Slie of Mondo Bizarro was in Sautee Nacoochee on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, taping interviews, rehearsals, and taking a trip up the Tallulah River to shoot "b-roll." It’s gotten hot, and that makes the gymnasium a sweaty place. But, as with everything else, the Headwaters company is dealing with it – almost always with good grace. We’re all losing a little weight during this process, and we’re sweating out lots of toxins, I feel certain.
